Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you, as we understand it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. Hence, kindly refer to our warranty policy and FAQ below:
Warranty
All Maison & Co. electronic devices comes with a 6 months warranty for faulty products that are not working reasonably as it is supposed to be.
Items must not have any cosmetic damages and contact with water or essential oil in the parts.
Device malfunction due to use of other brand's essential oil will not be covered under warranty.
For defective products, kindly bring down to our warehouse so we can dismantle and do a on the spot inspection to find out and resolve the issue. If repair is not available, we will do a 1-to-1 exchange on the spot.
You are responsible for the costs incur to send the faulty product back to us.
FAQ
How long is my product's warranty ?
All Maison & Co. devices comes with a 6 months warranty policy starting from the date order is delivered.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it ?
As a business, our prices fluctuates in response to inflation, costs, trends, inventory level and market demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.
What happens if the item has some cosmetic damages upon receive ?
At Maison & Co. we are very strict with our quality check before delivery to ensure all items dispatched are in good conditions. However, if you receive an item with cosmetic damages such as cracks, scratches or dropping of paints, please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the order. All request regarding cosmetic damages will be rejected after order has been delivered for more than 48 hours.
